Save time

Less time entering data. More time observing.

Observation is at the heart of our work. VitiObs liberates you by removing the need for re-entry and data processing.

Protocols prepared in advance, fast mobile capture and an interface designed for the vineyard.

Lasting knowledge

Build precise, lasting knowledge of your vineyard.

An isolated observation has limited value. A structured, contextualised observation kept over time becomes a source of knowledge.

VitiObs lets you build a usable history and retrieve observations by parcel, protocol, variety, characteristics or vintage.

Standardise without limiting

A shared framework to observe absolutely everything.

VitiObs adapts to your protocols — not the other way around.

Create fully modular protocols, define your units, criteria and level of detail.

Frequently asked questions

What you need to know before getting started.

VitiObs is the viticultural observation tool that turns every observation into useful information. You capture in the field (even offline), structure your protocols, visualise data immediately on maps and charts, and share monitoring with your team.

We sit between two extremes. On one side, overly simplistic tools that do not scale (Excel, Google Forms, paper field notebooks). On the other, heavyweight systems with a painful user experience (GIS): they are not suited to vineyard field entry, and data visualisation is not automated.

VitiObs is for every team where observation is core to the job: advisors and consultants, cooperative wineries, châteaux and estates, R&D units, technical institutes. One tool for different uses.

Each account is adapted to your needs: number of estates, protocols, users and observation volumes. VitiObs plans are tailored. We adapt to your organisation rather than forcing you into a generic package.

Yes. You keep observing even without network coverage; data syncs as soon as connectivity returns. Built for the vineyard, not just the office.

Yes. Protocols are fully modular: parameters, scales, frequencies, vocabularies. We start from how you observe today, not from an imposed model.

Yes. We support you through the transition: our team handles processing your existing data and importing it into VitiObs. You start with your history in place, without re-entering everything.

In Europe. Your data remains yours: it is used for your monitoring, not sold. Hosting and access are designed for professional organisations.

Yes. We walk you through getting started with VitiObs so you are not left alone with the software. Support includes importing your parcels, creating your protocols and guidance for the first field entries. You also have a dedicated contact on our team, available whenever you need them.

A few days are usually enough to configure your protocols, parcels and first users. We support you at launch so the setup matches real workflows — without an endless IT project.
